Mary Ann Willetts

A full-time realtor since 2006, when she retired from Pattison, Sampson, Ginsberg and Griffin, PC, one of the area’s most prestigious law firms.  Mary Ann was the firm’s Office Manager and prior to that, was the closing coordinator, having been involved in closing hundreds of real estate transactions.  She completed her real estate licensing courses at Manfred School.  Mary Ann brings with her a wealth of real estate knowledge and expansive experience in dealing with lenders, title companies, lawyers, brokers and the general public.  She completed the national association’s Certified Buyer Representative designation and has successfully represented many buyers and sellers with their real estate transactions by handling all the details.  Mary Ann is past President of the Brunswick Historical Society, co-chair of the Brunswick Bicentennial Committee, and has provided extensive service to the community such as involvement as past President of the Troy-
Cohoes YWCA and as a volunteer for Vanderheyden Hall.  She enjoys family and friends.
