Colleen Ryan

A Realtor since 2006 when she joined Lori Schindler Realty Co.  She completed her real estate licensing courses and continuing education from Manfred School, Albany, NY, and is a member of the National, New York State and Greater Capital Region Association of Realtors, as well as a member of the Capital Region Multiple Listing Service, a multi-county MLS servicing the Capital Region.

Colleen was previously employed by AT&T for 17 years, is a graduate of Brittonkill Schools and attended Hudson Valley Community College and training courses in sales and implementation for AT&T.  As an employee of AT&T, she received numerous awards from the System Consultant Million Dollar Club for the Eastern Region and was honored by the Achiever’s Club for individual and outstanding contribution.

Colleen is married to Matt Ryan, owner of Prime Rate and Return, a real estate investment business.  Colleen heads the sale of the family business investment properties and residential real estate sales.
